Congressman August Pfluger honored quite a few neighborhood veterans on the floor of the U.S. Property of Reps on Nov. 4, in advance of Veterans Working day, such as Midlander and Planet War II hero Invoice Womack.
Pfluger honored veterans Womack, Phil George, Maynard Schwertner, Gilberto Torres, and J.L. Stevens, who all served their region with honor and bravery. These veterans dedicated their lives in provider, not only to their place but also to their neighborhood communities in West Texas.
Pfluger: “These are just a couple of the countless numbers of heroic veterans from the 11th District who have served our state and manufactured us happy. To all of our Nation’s Veterans—whether you fought in Afghanistan, Vietnam, or wherever your assistance took you, this nation stands with you. Your valiance is not forgotten. Your sacrifice is valued. Thank you for trying to keep The us harmless and protected.”
