Marathon legend Ben Smith to launch mental health charity Mind’s regional sports hub in Hertfordshire

Marathon male Ben Smith, ideal recognized for completing 401 marathons in 401 days, is to start the Thoughts East Regional Hub for Sport and Bodily Activity.

Centered at the University of Hertfordshire, the hub is a joint initiative involving nationwide psychological overall health charity Thoughts and the Herts Sports activities and Bodily Activity Partnership (HSP).

Its aim is to market the positive aspects of physical activity on psychological overall health, such as assisting to acquire friendships, enhance self-assurance and self-esteem, and construct resilience.
