Wooden stake murder accused withdraws bail bid

On Tuesday, Jessica Elizabeth Gianoni was granted bail by the Adelaide Magistrates Courtroom – but on Friday, her release was overturned.

Counsel for Gianoni instructed the courtroom their client’s meant handle had declined to house her, simply because she is charged with murder.

Gianoni, 34, has nevertheless to plead to just one rely of murder.

It is alleged she and her co-accused – Robert Joseph Patard, forty two, murdered Shaun Russell at the Corinth Rd Playground Reserve, Hackham West, in October.
