Arvind Fashions to raise Rs 200 crore via rights issue, Retail News, ET Retail

NEW DELHI: Arvind Fashions on Thursday claimed its committee of administrators has accredited increasing close to Rs two hundred crore through a rights challenge.

“The committee of administrators of the corporation has accredited the challenge of 1,48,02,856 partly paid-up fairness shares of face worth of Rs four just about every at an challenge rate of Rs 135 for every fairness share for up to Rs 199.84 crore to all the current fairness shareholders of the corporation on a rights basis,” Arvind Fashions claimed in a regulatory filing.

The rights entitlement ratio is three rights fairness shares for every 20 fairness shares in the corporation, it claimed.

Shares of Arvind Fashions were being trading 2.fifty five for every cent higher at Rs 166.95 apiece on the BSE.
