Love Island’s Lillie Haynes reveals she’s had a nose job after saying it’s her ‘biggest insecurity’
Love Island’s Lillie Haynes has told fans on social media that she’s had a nose job, saying “everything went well”.
The 23 year old shot to fame on the ITV2 show last year after kissing Liam Reardon in Casa Amor and then later breaking the news to a shocked Millie Court.
Explaining that her nose had always been her “biggest insecurity”, she shared the news with fans on Instagram that she was heading to Manchester to get a rhinoplasty.
Posting to her Instagram story, a make-up free Lillie smiled at fans in a surgical gown as she clutched a cuddly toy before the surgery.
She also posted a photo of herself watching TV in the hospital and thanked fans for their well wishes.

She said: “I’m now out of surgery! Everything went well and I’m all good. I will try to get back to as many messages as I can, big love x.”
She told her followers: “This is hands down my biggest insecurity and has been for so LONG.
“When I had my first phone call with my mam after Love Island one of my first questions was ‘what’s the comments on my nose’…
“Living like this isn’t healthy for me and although it doesn’t fully stop me going out and living life, I do think once I’m happy with myself on the outer shell the real true happy lillie can finally live freely.”
Chaos ensued in the Love Island villa in Casa Amor when sparks flew between Lillie and Liam, something only discovered later by a tearful Millie.

Lillie didn’t let Liam get away easily, however, and ‘fessed up to Millie in front of all the other islanders that Liam hadn’t been perfect while on a “lads holiday” in Casa Amor, and revealed that the pair had kissed a handful of times.
Since leaving the villa, she briefly dated fellow Islander Jack Barlow after the show ended.
However, things fizzled out between the pair, with Lillie confirming their break-up to OK! In October last year.
Lille told OK!: “It all kind of started from there, and we dated a bit back home.”

Jack and Lillie were spotted holding hands on a night out in Manchester in late August, with sources at the time saying they “fancied the pants off each other”.
However, Lillie and Jack’s busy schedules ended up getting in the way, as well as the distance as Lillie lives in Newcastle, while Jack lives in Sussex.
Lillie explained: “I’m like the most North you can possibly get, and he lives as far down South as you could possibly get, so… everyone’s so busy and it’s hard to maintain relationships, and I think when you go through something so big because we all had such a big summer, it’s just kind of nice to breathe a bit.”
“He’s a lovely boy, I couldn’t fault him. It’s a shame, but it wasn’t meant to be.”
